Shipping + Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, we recommend that you contact us immediately via email. Hair can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not refund shipping cost. The hair must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, with labels attached and in its original mailed and packaged condition. Any merchandise that is damaged due to purchaser's negligence, or merchandise that have been washed, styled, bleached, colored or tags removed cannot be accepted. Once we receive the package and verify that it is in its original condition, your PayPal account will be credited for the full amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges.
