POLICY

Skye Charlie has a high demand travel schedule due to her involvement in the entertainment industry. Sometimes, you may be asked to reschedule an appointment or see another stylist. We do our best to give each client a weeks notice. So, please schedule appointments with some flexibility. Thank you.


Scheduling

When scheduling your appointment, please select all services desired as you may not be able to add-on services at your appointment.

Absolutely no children allowed unless they are being serviced.

Please do not bring additional guests with you who are not being serviced. This is a private studio and space is limited.

If you would like to schedule an appointment after business hours, there is an additional fee of $30 that must be paid prior to the appointment. 

Cash and credit card payments are acceptable forms of payment. If you are unable to pay for your services at the time they are rendered, the authorities will be notified. 

If you schedule an in home visit, please shampoo your hair prior to being serviced. There is an additional $50 or more, depending on location we’ll be traveling too.


Cancellation

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your service, you will be charged 40% of the service(s) fee. Please cancel your appointment online to avoid paying any fees.


Late Policy

If you are more then 15minutes late you will be charged an additional $5 late fee.

We are committed to running on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. If time permits, you may choose to receive a partial service but you will be charged for the full price of the service. No exceptions. 


Refunds

No refunds will be given for any service. If you have an issue, please contact us via phone or email to discuss in detail so we can determine the best solution. We recommend you notify your stylist as soon as possible, so that we can do our best to resolve any issues.

We understand that sometimes unfortunate circumstances occur that are beyond our control. We will do our best to be understanding and accommodating. However, we will not tolerate anyone who does not comply with our policies.
